The bach is located a short, gentle uphill walk from the private dock.
The property includes a recently renovated two-bedroom bach, along with a newly built two-room sleepout positioned just behind and slightly above the main house. Together, the property accommodates up to six guests. Both the bach and the sleepout enjoy expansive views across the bay.
Portobello Bach Double Cove
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds, which can be joined to form a second queen if required.
The open-plan kitchen and living area flow directly onto the deck, creating ideal indoor-outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop and dishwasher, with ample storage and space to comfortably cater for six guests.
Within the bach there is a single bathroom which caters for everyone staying on the property.
The outdoor deck, where much of your time will be spent, includes loungers, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ – perfect for long summer evenings. During the cooler months, a log burner in the living area provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere. Some of the region's best weather occurs in the cooler months and should not be missed.

The Sleepout
Nestled behind the bach among punga ferns, the recently built sleepout consists of two rooms and a small deck with lovely harbour views.
The entrance room provides a comfortable relaxation area, while the adjoining bedroom accommodates two additional guests.

Check-in time is from 2pm-7pm.
Check-out time is by 10am unless late check-out time is agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival date.
Cancellation within 14 days will incur 50% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Payment
Payment of 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment due 30 days before arrival.

Surcharge of 2% applies to all credit card transactions.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
International transfers must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
House Rules
Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the Bach.
No pets allowed on the property.
Damage
The guest accepts responsibility for damage or breakages caused by them. Repairs, cleaning or replacement will be charged to the guest account. This includes de-odourising that may be required due to smoking or vaping.
